We might not talk about Bruno, but we definitely need to talk about these Encanto nail designs. With the hit of this new Disney movie, this stunning new nail art trend has been showing up everywhere and I absolutely love it.
If you’re as obsessed with the movie as I am, you’ll find some inspiration here for your own nails or a design to try for yourself. Then you’ll be part of the family Madrigal!
The whole movie is colorful, vibrant and fun and you see that reflected in almost all of the designs like this. Colorful flowers not only fit this vibe but are a common theme of the movie (thanks to big sis Isabela)!I’m the strong one. I’m not nervous. My nail polish is as tough as the crust of the Earth is! I love the mix of styles here, and there’s something about the toucan on the middle finger.A dark and amazingly detailed Bruno-inspired nail art design. The only thing more perfect than the grin on Mirabel is the wide eyes of the Donkey. These pink and flowery acrylics would look fantastic by themselves. All it takes is an Isabela transfer and we have an on-theme Encanto nail set.? I love the Ombre style with this set.Three Madrigal sisters on nail art. What a gift.
If you’re liking these designs you should look at our (much larger) Disney nail art list. It might just be my new obsession.
“Even in our darkest moments, there’s light when you least expect it.” — Mirabel. This hand-painted set is absolutely phenomenal. If that wasn’t enough then the flowery design on the ring finger just really sets it apart and you get the lightest use of Rhinestone nail art for good measure.Fantastic. In case you haven’t seen the movie (in which case, stop doing your nails and go watch it) each nail symbolizes the gifts of each family member, from the healing food to the tiger’s tail (I’ll take any excuse to rock some food nail art). My favorite bit is the mix of flowers and a cactus on a single nail.I don’t usually show nails that aren’t attached or at least as part of a whole set but… but… look at the detail and the light flowery background.Fantastic holo Encanto nail art. A Minimalist look with Mirabel’s iconic green glasses and I love the effect with the candle.A different take and another handpainted set. Then we have the thumb for that set…This is the only example I’ve seen of this but it’s so fantastic looking. Can you really have Encanto nail art without the logo of the movie? We don’t talk about Bruno ?? A more subtle take without the movie name or the face of a character but between the colorway, the eyes and the rat… people are going to know what they’re looking at.We couldn’t have Encanto nails without an ode to the casita, could we? This fantastic nail set is vibrant and colorful and has some stunning detail. This might be my favorite of the entire list.A couple of different gel nails inspired by my new favorite Disney movie.Oh, there we go! Another example of the logo done fantastically and that fantastic looking grin on the thumb.I love asymmetry on a nail set. The dark and bold Bruno set on one side with the light flowery Mirabel on the other. How did we make it this far in the list without a Dolores nail design? If she hears about that she won’t be happy.Again… I don’t often show nail sets that haven’t been fixed yet but the detail here is just… I… I have no words. I need this set in my life. Almost as much as I need to watch the movie again.Encanto-inspired flowery nails. This nail set was inspired by the mom character – Julieta! his was all inspired by her dress. The accent polish was just perfect for her and we get this healing vibe. Love it!A lovely vivid look nails featuring Mirabel. ?Next up is “Luisa Madrigal” the artist recreated the design on her skirt! I love the color and the detailing? The little weight designs just make me want to start singing Surface Pressure. This nail art features a sister on each side and I love the matching colorway but the subtle gold foil really pushes it over the top.But we have to talk about Bruno. Handpainted designs for this fantastic look. These gels take a more minimalist style in an Isabela style. I love this.A darker background just makes the vivid design pop even harder. Most Encanto designs are brighter colors but I’m absolutely here for this.A mix of nail stickers and hand drawn designs. Alternating colorways and the flower and butterfly nail look.Extra-long coffin nails give plenty of space for this utterly fantastic Casita nail art. I love everything about this.Minimalist ?Isabella Madrigal inspired nails! I love the purple splash of color as a tip.Subtlely slipping Encanto vibes into these nails whilst keeping them super wearable. ?Another Encanto nail art and it’s inspired by Pepa Madrigal! ☀️⛈️ Bright colors and weather vibes for a unique look with a great design style.Another darker colorway style for Bruno. Loving the colorway even if I think the design is a little harsh on poor Bruno as a character.Metallic green for Bruno and some real Antonio vibes on this set. The animal print is a nice addition. These might be my favorite set on the entire list. Gold foils create a symbol for each member of the family.
