If you’re looking for a way to add a touch of elegance to your nails, look no further than the rose. This classic flower can be incorporated into any nail design, and it’s perfect for any wardrobe.
Whether you want to try your hand at doing this style yourself or you’re looking for some inspiration to show your local nail tech, I’ve covered a range of different designs and ideas to help you find the rose for you.
A single rose with stunning detail and some lime green chrome green for the stem (a fantastic touch) and if that wasn’t already good enough some glittering red speckled tips on the other fingers.
Some glossy green gel and a couple of nail stamps for the roses and anyone can do this fantastic style. Also a good reminder that not every rose needs to be red.
Another example of a nail-stamped design.
But sometimes less is more and this incredibly cute minimalist take on the style is just to die for.
If minimalism isn’t your thing, how about this 3D rose nail with some rhinestones for good measure?
Silver roses and with french tips over nude nails.
French white background with this fantastically detailed rose and glittery pink with a tiny little heart charm on this valentines themed set.
Short rose nails with a green base color. I really like this style of just having the flower on a single nail rather than every one.
Another 3D rose on longer acrylics with this pink to white Ombre colorway.
A couple of different styles but I like the asymmetry. THere’s something stunning about the white lines on black to create the rose design on the index finger.
Another stamped example you could do yourself in a darker style.
Oh now these are fantastic. Again, the black lines of the rose’s have been stamped on but the background polish gives you this kind of universe vibe.
Almond gels in a deep, dark black really make the little roses on the ring finger pop .
A mix of V French tips in white with these really detailed black roses on the ring finger. If you can’t decide on a style, do them all!
I almost missed the rose pattern on this. The light pink almost blends into the pink of the Ombre nails.
You might need to zoom in but there is a rose there . A very understated style with the rose nail art barely visible on the tips of the middle fingers.
A single rose on the cuticle of each ring finger with just a hint of rhinestone on the middle finger. Sometimes less is more.
It’s not often you see a dark rhinestone nail design . Incredibly cool combination and the roses on this set were done by hand? Impressive stuff.
Again you might need to zoom in on this one but there are roses there (I promise! ) something understated like this could pass in the office but is elegant enough for a night out at the same time. I love it.
Winter darks on short nails. Who said roses have to be red ???
But it wouldn’t be a rose nail art list without some incredibly pink designs too. There are some tiny little stones on this set as well.
Back to the minimalist style but this time with this gold polish.
Sticking with the gold color, this style is a little bit extra with some foil nail stamps and a red, black and gold chrome powder as a base. The end result is fantastic, this normally wouldn’t be my kind of thing but they might be my favorite so far.
Green French? tips with a single white rose.
This glittery set with the large charm is already a statement but that full nail rose design on the ring finger just pushes it over the edge and matches the colorway.
Hand-painted roses in a traditional colorway.
This is an interesting mix. Bit of contrast with the retro style rose against the glittery purple and there’s a little rose charm on the middle nail as well.
Oh now I really like this colorway and was this the first square nail set on the list?
Another hand-painted darker set. The olive green of the outside nails matches the leaf design quite nicely.
If you like this press-on set you might want to take a look at the swirl nail designs too.
Roses are… blue now. Apparently. Can’t fault the end result though these look incredible.
It’s a personal choice, but I really like this white and red colorway and a single rose nail rather than the whole set just gives it a certain something.
But if understated isn’t your thing how about some large 3D rose charms?
Or maybe half and half?
Red is for roses ? This beautiful shade looks fab.
Roses, gold foils, gold spider gel ?
What’s white, black and incredibly stunning? This set of nails.
These gels have the right idea. A little asymmetry, a cute little rose and a whole lot of love .
Another take on the red and white style.
Ooh now, this is interesting. The rose design becomes more of a French tip and the flower matches the other nails. The single white tip really pops out if the color didn’t do it.
Ok I try not to use press-on nails that haven’t been fixed yet but I couldn’t pass this up. A couple of different examples, all incredible looking.
